Last week I was on-site with one of our customers – a used car sales company in North Derbyshire. Whilst chatting to the company’s managing director the topic of perceived services came up – what people were expecting for their money. Cromford Cars offer an 8-point guarantee for all vehicles they sell to make sure their customers know exactly what they are getting, but this got me thinking – what do people think IT Support really is?
